Online:  The easiest way to order is through our website, it’s quick, easy and secure, using PayPal.  Please note: you don’t have to have a PayPal account, you can still use your VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards.

Phone Order:  You can also place an order over the phone but you will have to pay via Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.  Please note that we wait till the funds are cleared before your order gets sent to you.

Once we receive your order, you will be sent an email of your order for confirmation and payment details.  Payment for email orders is the same as phone orders, only by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.  Once the funds have appeared in our account, your order will be sent.

Delivery of Your Purchase

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible as we know your excited to see your purchase and possibly running to a tight deadline.  In most cases you will receive your order within 2-4 business days but we do however, recommend being as organised as possible to allow for any delays.  We send our products Australia wide with ‘Australia Post’ or ‘Fastways Courier’ using Regular and Express Post. We try and keep up with stock levels but sometimes the demand of products can catch us off guard.  If we have run out of stock and it will take longer to get the product to you, we will notify you.
