Our aim is to have 100% customer satisfaction and shall endeavour to do our best to make sure this happens.
Unfortunately due to health reasons we are unable to accept refunds or exchange on earrings for the protection of all our customers.
Delivery:
Delivery is dispatched by express post and will be processed as soon as possible. The price will be calculated through the ordering process. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and delivery. Please notify if the order is urgent and we will do our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.
How to make an exchange:
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please notify us first via phone or email for approval within 7 days and we will happily exchange or refund as long as the items are not earrings or damaged on return. All products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Your refund or replacement products will be dispatched on receipt of returned items. All returning postage will be the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping price is not refundable in the case of a return.

Shoes and Handbags:
Returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault. We will exchange if the size is incorrect as long as the shoes are not marked or damaged and still in original packaging. Dyed shoes and handbags are non returnable. Returning postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
