Our aim is to have 100% customer satisfaction and shall endeavour to do our best to make sure this happens.
Unfortunately due to hygiene, we are unable to accept refunds or exchange on earrings for the protection of all our customers.
How to make an exchange:
If you are disatisfied with any of our products, please notify us urgently by phone or email for approval within
7 days and we will happily exchange or refund as long as the items are not earrings or damaged on return.
all products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Your refund or replacement products will be dispatched on receipt of returned items.
All postage will be the responsibilty of the customer including the original shipping price.
Shoes & Handbags:
Returns will not be accepted unless their is a manufacturing fault. We will exchange if the the size is incorrect as long as the
shoes are not marked or damaged and still in original packaging.
Dyed shoes are non returnable.
All postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery is dispatched by express post and will be processed as soon as possible.
Delivery is a flat rate of $11 Australia wide (including GST) and this price will be calculated through the ordering process.
Please allow 2-6 business days for processing and delivery.
